From March 28 to March 31, 2010, Zhongshan Satiya Garment Co., Ltd. made a strong impression at the North Exhibition, showcasing the "sharing" concept of its brand, Nadia, during the 18th China International Clothing & Accessories Fair. The event added a vibrant touch and highlighted the power of sharing through fashion.
The 18th China International Clothing & Accessories Expo (CHIC 2010) took place from March 28 to 31 at the Beijing China International Exhibition Center (New Hall). With an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters, it attracted over 1,000 brands from more than 20 countries and regions. The event drew more than 100,000 visitors and featured sections such as men's wear, women's wear, casual wear, children's wear, leather and fur, down products, fashion information, and creative design. It is considered one of the largest and most influential clothing exhibitions in Asia.
Founded in 1993, CHIC is co-sponsored by the China National Garment Association, China International Trade Center, and the China Textile Promotion Branch. Over the years, it has grown into the premier platform for Chinese and international apparel brands to showcase their collections, exchange ideas, and expand their markets. In the context of a global financial crisis and early signs of economic recovery in China, this exhibition served as a crucial opportunity for the industry to re-energize and look ahead.
Zhongshan Satiya Garment Co., Ltd., known for its N+a (Nadia) brand, stood out with its innovative booth design and strong visual appeal. The brand, recognized for its unique “dialogue†approach, captured attention from both exhibitors and potential franchisees. The team at the booth was professional and engaging, creating a positive impression that helped generate interest and inquiries.
This was Nadia’s first time participating in the North Exhibition, and the company valued the opportunity to share its vision. The goal was to spread the message of "sharing" beyond the booth, connecting with industry professionals, franchisees, consumers, and media. By doing so, the company aimed to build stronger relationships and introduce its products to a broader audience, reflecting the core values of the N+a brand.
During the exhibition, Mr. Liu Xiansheng, Vice President of the Guangdong Clothing & Apparel Association, visited the booth and engaged in discussions with the company’s leadership, Director Yang. He praised the booth design and expressed interest in the company’s growth trajectory and future plans.
With the support of all team members and effective collaboration between staff and negotiators, the exhibition concluded successfully on March 31. This experience not only allowed Nadia to reinforce its commitment to building a "shared casual wear" culture for the Chinese market but also provided valuable insights into consumer preferences and market trends. The company left the event with new contacts, fresh ideas, and a stronger sense of direction for future development.
