China's first intelligent automatic sericulture machine Sichuan Gaoping came out

Recently, China's first intelligent automatic sericulture machine was successfully developed in Gaoping, Sichuan. The technology has been applied for national invention patents, and its successful application will fill the gap in China's sericulture industry. Hu Xiaozhong, director of the Facilities and Machinery Research Office of the National Sericulture Industrial Technology Center, commented that this invention has explored a scientific road for improving the comparative benefits of the sericulture labor force.

The automatic sericulture machine developed by Nanchong’s first technology development company overcomes the traditional sericulture manual work, labor intensity, and low labor efficiency. The intelligent automatic sericulture machine operated by the "human computer" has the characteristics of adapting the growth of the silkworm to the environment under different climatic conditions. In the sericulture process, automatic mulberry feeding, disinfection, sand removal, and clustering can be realized. Measurements show that the use of this machine to raise silkworms, a small silkworm capable of raising 10 sheets of paper and raising 100 silkworms. The traditional method of sericulture, a small silkworm with a labor force of up to two sheets of paper. The comparative benefits of the labor force show that a traditional silkworm cultivator can only earn 30-40 yuan a day, and an automated sericulture worker can earn 230 yuan a day.
