The “Organic Material Recovery Technology in Polyester Esterification Wastewater” completed by Shanghai Juyou Chemical Co., Ltd. and other projects has developed and addressed the key technical problems of extremely complex organic compounds in polyester esterification wastewater and high COD content in post-steam wastewater. The series of technologies and devices that match the scale and process of the polyester device solve the problem of low recovery rate of organic matter in wastewater, and greatly reduce the COD emission of wastewater. The technology has been promoted and applied to 11.37 million tons of polyester equipment, which has made important contributions to promoting low-carbon emission reduction and clean production in the chemical fiber industry; "high-quality differential regenerative polymerization completed by Haiyan Haili Environmental Protection Fiber Co., Ltd. and other units. The key technology and equipment research and development of ester fiber will apply automation, digitization and intelligent technology to the production of recycled polyester fiber, and innovate and integrate the key technologies and equipment for high-quality differentiated recycled polyester fiber industrial production. The 150,000 tons/year waste polyester bottle processing and cleaning production demonstration line and the 200,000 tons/year recycled polyester fiber production demonstration line have reached the international advanced level.

Fourth, breakthroughs have been made in the internationalization of technical standards. Technical standards are important technical support to support the development of the industry and an important rule for international trade. Based on a series of self-developed methods for detecting harmful substances in textiles, China Textile Standards Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd. has established an international standard for the determination of tetrahydrofuran for textile phthalates in ISO14389:2014. The detection method of phthalates in textiles is the result of the first internationalization of Chinese standards in the past two decades, and has achieved a major breakthrough in the development of international standards from following the adoption of standards to leading the development of international standards.
