1. Do a good job in quality control of raw materials entering the plant (1) The process department strengthens the processing technology guidance and quality inspection of the ore points, especially for key minerals such as sandstone, dolomite, feldspar, etc., from raw material beneficiation, mining, fine The selection, processing, storage and other aspects must be strictly controlled and controlled to ensure the quality standards of incoming raw materials. Inspecting and measuring the content of refractory heavy minerals and impurities is very important in improving the quality of float glass and stabilizing glass production. Since heavy minerals are difficult to completely melt during the melting of the glass, they remain on the glass original plate to form solid inclusions. The inspection of heavy minerals has not received enough attention in domestic floatation, in fact it is very harmful.
2. Control of raw material moisture The problem of moisture fluctuation of raw materials is a prominent problem in the production of mixed materials. In particular, the proportion of sandstone raw materials in the mixture accounts for 60%, and it belongs to wet processing. Generally, the moisture entering the plant reaches 7% to 10%. The moisture content is large and the fluctuation is large, which has a great influence on the quality of the mixture. A more effective method is to take measures to reduce the sandstone moisture to less than 5% in the mine or in the factory. Experience has proved that after the sandstone moisture drops below 5%, the water fluctuation in the weighing is small and the production stability is greatly improved.
3. Control of particle size At present, there is no uniform technical standard for powder particle size at home and abroad, and there are different technical standards for screen size for controlling particle size. It is more popular in the world to use the equivalent volume to calculate the diameter to represent the particle size. It is necessary to use the screen of the manufacturer that is approved by the national metrology as the screen for the production control and inspection of the particle size to ensure the strict control and implementation of the particle size standard.
4. Control of the quality index of the mixture should carefully analyze the current quality inspection and control of the mixture, formulate appropriate inspection and control standards with reference to industry standards, and determine strict assessment and control methods to achieve further improvement in the quality of the mixture.
(1) Make more comprehensive use of the laboratory to control the quality of the mixture. It is necessary to formulate the index items, standards, sampling frequency, sampling, sample preparation and analysis methods for the mixture inspection.
(2) Using scientific statistical methods to quantify the quality of the mixture and calculate the superior grade and pass rate of the mixture.
(3) Strengthen the leadership of the process management department to the laboratory, strictly follow the system, regulations and operating procedures, reduce the interference and contact of the tested departments, strictly control the randomness of sampling, and ensure the independence, accuracy and fairness of the mixture inspection. So that the test results can truly reflect the quality of the mixture.
(4) When measuring the mixing quality index of the mixture, it is also necessary to determine the Na2CO3 content.
(5) The process management department should summarize the results of the preparation process of the mixture according to the results of daily inspection of the quality of the mixture, the results of the control inspection and the full analysis and the statistical completion.
