1. When there is no glue on one side or both sides of the aluminum frame, we should first check whether the temperature of the rubber cylinder and the rubber head is normal, whether the pressure is within the range we set, and check whether the distance between the two rubber heads is too large. (This distance is set to be better when the aluminum strip has just passed between the two rubber heads).
If there is no problem in the above situation, it can be concluded that the two rubber heads (or one) block the eyes of the rubber head due to impurities in the butyl rubber, which requires the rubber head to be removed and soaked with kerosene. Then clean all the glue in the plastic head and then install it.
2. The equipment is all hydraulic system. The cylinder and hydraulic system are all connected by high-pressure oil pipe. Each joint is sealed by a combination pad. If oil leakage is found, replace the combination pad in time.
3. The rubber head heating and rubber cylinder heating of the equipment are provided by two heating rods and one heating plate. The temperature control table is used to set and adjust the temperature. If the temperature rises or rises, it will fall. Please check the heating rod or heating plate for damage and check if the temperature control table is normal.
